ENGINEERING
Acoustic and vibration calculations are performed during the design phase and for existing projects.The calculations, analyses and equipment selection we perform are as follows:

The propulsion system is examined to identify potential problems. - Suitable connection elements are selected for the main engine and gearbox.

The most suitable connection elements are selected for the generator.

The selection of connection elements is for secondary equipment such as pumps, chiller units.

dB(A) calculations are performed for each cabin. According to the calculations, compliance with the sound level specified in the technical specifications or by the classification society is verified. Lower dB(A) levels can be achieved without using unnecessary materials, depending on the request from the shipowner or shipyard.

The R value of the walls is calculated.

The natural frequency of the structures is analysed. This is done using FEA.

The design of the HVAC system is examined and a suitable ventilation box is designed in collaboration with the interior designer to reduce the impact of the dB(A) level.
CONSULTANCY
Consultancy services are provided, with product recommendations that are tailored to your project being offered and our engineering approach being demonstrated.

For new projects, provision of support from the outset, during both the design and production phases, is available. We support you every step of the way, from selecting the right materials to monitoring their application.

For your existing projects, we can solve problems with noise and vibrations on your boat. Our technical support is provided based on inspections and measurements carried out on the yacht.
TROUBLE SHOOTING
Our certified and calibrated measuring devices are used to perform both vibration and acoustic measurements. Once the measurements have been taken, we will prepare detailed reports and share any solutions to problems with you.
